Special
Processes for better Quality
Windings and core building areas are controlled
environment so that dust contamination can be
curtailed. Special Rooms are provided with
pressurized clean air blowers for achieving
better Quality Parameters and enhanced life for
the transformers.
Windings are prestressed by Hydraulic Jacks
before oven drying treatment thus avoiding
failures of windings.
Nylon slings are used to handle safely core-coil
assemblies. State of the art vacuum oven
accurately control the moisture retention in the
insulation. |
